A second business branch is Hellmann Genussmanufaktur, where Hellmann’s success story began – at that time still as a specialist butcher’s shop. Now, we are in our third generation, rear our own animals and grow our own animal feed. Only 500 metres from the Genussmanufaktur as the crow flies, at the local “Sewingshof” (“Sewings farm”), we have continuously been investing in animal welfare for several years, reaching far beyond the latest standards.

All sausage and meat products in the Genussmanufaktur originate from our own breeding at the Sewingshof Our clientele is growing with the generations and we are very grateful of this. Join us at the Hellmann’s Genussmanufaktur, we extend our warmest invitation.
