We are specialists for manufacturing refined Westphalian fresh sausage.

Whether smoked or dry cured – salami or sausage meat from Hellmann are the definition for excellent quality in a variety of shapes and flavours.

Our family business is now in its third generation. Today Hellmann stands for a wide assortment of around 130 cured and smoked sausage specialities. We process high quality meats from pork, poultry and beef. We are aware of the exact source of our meats, because we have known our local, trusted suppliers for many years. Here is where our quality management begins.

The unique taste and mild, full-flavoured aroma of our products is the result of recipes refined over many years, along with our natural maturing process, our own starter cultures and blends of spices together with the unmistakable climate in the smoking and curing chambers.

The proof that we deliver finest sausage products of outstanding quality and excellent taste is validated, each year, courtesy of the quality inspections, e.g. those carried out by the CMA and DLG.
